Dr. Ashok Dutta

Dr. Ashok Dutta is an experienced paediatrician associated with Apollo Hospitals, Delhi, with over 45 years of experience in child healthcare. He completed his medical education at Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh, in 1969 and obtained an MD in Paediatrics from Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi, in 1975. He worked as a senior resident at Kalawati Saran Children's Hospital, as a lecturer at J.N. Medical College, Aligarh, and spent 32 years at Lady Hardinge Medical College in various roles, including Professor, Director Professor and Head of the Department of Paediatrics. He later served as Professor and Head of Paediatrics at Sharda University Medical College and as a visiting professor at B. P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences. His special interests include infectious diseases and vaccinology. He is associated with the Indian Academy of Pediatrics and the National Neonatology Forum of India. Apollo reports that he has published 170 papers in national and international journals. H
