1. What CareLinky Is

CareLinky (“we”, “us”) runs a public directory of doctors in India. You can search by speciality and city, read profiles and patient reviews, and contact a clinic directly.

CareLinky is a directory, not a medical service and not a booking service. We do not arrange appointments, we take no payment from patients, and we are not part of the relationship between you and any doctor. Every clinical decision is the treating doctor's alone.

2. Using the Site as a Patient

Searching CareLinky is free and needs no account. You must be 18 or over to send us a form — a review, an enquiry or a city request.

When you tap Call or WhatsApp on a profile, you are put through to the clinic's own number. Appointments, timings, fees and cancellations are agreed between you and the clinic; CareLinky is not involved and holds no booking.

Many profiles are created by our team, and details such as fees, timings, addresses and availability can change or go out of date. Please confirm them with the clinic before you travel, and if you spot something wrong, let us know at contact@carelinky.com.

3. Not Medical Advice

Nothing on CareLinky is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and a listing is not a recommendation to consult any particular doctor. Always seek the advice of a qualified doctor about your own health.

CareLinky is a directory to help you find doctors and hospitals. It is not an emergency service and cannot arrange urgent care. In a medical emergency, call 108 for an ambulance or 112, or go straight to the nearest hospital.

4. Doctor Listings and Accounts

Doctors may apply to be listed through the registration form. You must be entitled to practise in India and hold a valid registration with the National Medical Commission or the relevant State Medical Council.

By registering you confirm that everything you submit — qualifications, registration number, specialities, clinic addresses, fees and photographs — is accurate and yours to publish, and that you will keep it up to date.

Our team reviews an application before the listing goes live and may ask for supporting documents. A Verified badge means we have checked the registration details supplied to us; it is not an assessment of clinical quality and not an endorsement. Doctors are independent practitioners, not our employees or agents.

You are responsible for your login details and for what is done from your account. We may suspend or remove a listing that carries false credentials, is used to spam people, or breaches these terms — and we may report false credentials to the relevant Council.

5. Claiming a Profile

If a listing about you was created by us, you can claim it by submitting the claim form with proof of identity or registration. We review each claim before handing over control, and we may reject a claim we cannot verify.

6. Reviews

Anyone who has consulted a doctor listed on CareLinky may write a review about that visit. Each review is checked by our team and by the doctor it is about before it appears, so publication is not immediate. A doctor can approve or decline reviews of their own profile, and can later hide or remove a published one.

A review must be your own honest first-hand experience. Do not post anything false or misleading, abusive, defamatory or obscene; do not include someone else's personal or medical details; do not write about a doctor you have not seen; and do not accept payment or any other benefit for writing one.

We may decline, edit lightly for clarity, hide or remove any review that breaks these rules, and we may remove reviews that are part of a coordinated attempt to inflate or damage a rating. Star ratings on a profile are calculated only from published reviews; we do not change ratings in exchange for money and paid placements never affect them.

If you are a doctor and believe a review about you is fake or defamatory, write to contact@carelinky.com with the details and we will investigate.

7. Your Content

You keep ownership of what you submit. By submitting a review, a photo or listing information, you give CareLinky permission to publish, display and reproduce it on the site and in material promoting the site, and you confirm you have the right to do so.

Everything else on CareLinky — the name and logo, the design, the software and our compiled listings — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, republish or scrape it without our written permission.

8. What You Must Not Do

• Post fake, paid or malicious reviews, or arrange for others to do so.
• Impersonate a doctor, a patient or anyone from CareLinky.
• List yourself as a doctor without a valid registration, or submit forged documents.
• Scrape, copy or republish our listings, or use bots against the site.
• Use the contact details on a profile to send unsolicited marketing.
• Upload anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringing, or attempt to break the site's security.

We may suspend access, remove content or remove a listing if any of this happens.

9. Promoted Listings

A doctor may pay CareLinky to have their profile appear in one of the two doctor cards at the top of our homepage for an agreed period. The larger of those two is marked Featured Doctor. Everywhere else on the site — search results, speciality and city pages, profiles — no placement is for sale.

Paying for a slot buys visibility on that part of the homepage and nothing else. It does not affect a doctor's star rating, their reviews, their Verified badge or where they appear in search results, and it is not a recommendation from us. We can decline or end a promotion at any time, and we will not promote a listing we are unable to verify.

10. Availability and Accuracy

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not continuously re-check every doctor's registration status, fees or timings after a listing goes live.

Some pages link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

11. Our Liability

CareLinky is not responsible for the care you receive, for a clinic's availability, timings or fees, or for anything that happens in a consultation arranged after you found a doctor here. Those are matters between you and the doctor.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending Your Use

You can stop using CareLinky at any time. Doctors can ask us to take a listing down by emailing contact@carelinky.com. We may withdraw access or remove a listing if these terms are broken, or if the law requires it.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above always shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

14. Governing Law and Complaints

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of Palanpur, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If something has gone wrong, please tell us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Write to contact@carelinky.com, and we will respond within 30 days.
