Dr. Mukesh Patel

Dr. Mukesh Patel is a Senior Consultant Interventional Pulmonologist and Lung Transplant Physician at KD Hospital, Ahmedabad, with over 23 years of experience. His clinical interests include end-stage lung disease, lung transplantation, interstitial lung disease, COPD, asthma, sleep disorders and lung cancer. He performs diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopic procedures, including cryo-lung biopsy and endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), as well as medical thoracoscopy and pleural procedures. He completed post-doctoral fellowship training at Jaslok and KEM Hospital in Mumbai and received lung transplant training at Cleveland Clinic, USA.
