Dr. Sohan Lal Broor

Dr. Sohan Lal Broor is a senior medical gastroenterologist associated with Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi, with over 46 years of experience. He completed postgraduate training in General Medicine and Gastroenterology at PGI Chandigarh and undertook a fellowship in Gastroenterology at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, USA. He previously served as Professor and Head of Gastroenterology at GB Pant Hospital from 1985 to 1997, President of the Indian Society of Gastroenterology from 1996 to 1997, and its Secretary from 1990 to 1996. He has also held editorial and academic roles in gastroenterology organisations. His clinical interests include acid reflux, colitis, gastritis, oesophageal dilatation and other gastrointestinal conditions. He speaks English and Hindi.
