In the hospital's own words
Lions General Hospital, Mehsana was started in 1978 by the Lions Club of Mehsana Charitable Trust to give affordable treatment to patients from the district and the neighbouring Rajasthan border. Its 4-acre campus has medicine, surgery, gynaecology, cardiac, neurosurgery & trauma, urology, paediatric, orthopaedic, dental, ophthalmology, ENT and physiotherapy departments, with digital X-ray, endoscopy and colonoscopy.
