Dr. Ajit Baviskar

Dr. Ajit Baviskar is a physician in Accident and Emergency Medicine at Lilavati Hospital & Research Centre, Mumbai. He graduated from Mumbai University in 2004 and has over 14 years of experience in emergency medicine, anaesthesia and critical care in India and the United Kingdom. He previously served as Unit Head of Clinical Services and Professor of Emergency Medicine at DY Patil School of Medicine and held leadership roles in Emergency Medicine, Clinical Quality and Critical Care at Global Hospital, Mumbai. He is experienced in point-of-care ultrasound and simulation-based medical education and has served as course faculty for the International Council of Critical Emergency Sonography since 2012.
