Dr. Anupam Sibal is Group Medical Director of Apollo Hospitals Group and Senior Consultant Paediatric Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist at Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi. With over 27 years of experience, he specialises in digestive and liver disorders in children. He helped establish Apollo's paediatric gastroenterology and hepatology department in 1997 and played a key role in establishing India's first successful paediatric liver transplant programme at Apollo in 1998. His clinical interests include paediatric liver disease, acute liver failure, jaundice, cholestasis, inflammatory bowel disease, pancreatitis and paediatric endoscopy. He has contributed extensively to medical research, textbooks and professional education.
