Dr. Atul Ursekar

Dr. Atul T. Ursekar is a Consultant in the Department of Ophthalmology at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre, Mumbai. He completed his MBBS and subsequently pursued DOMS and MS in Ophthalmology at Seth GS Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai, followed by FCPS and DNB qualifications. He completed a vitreoretinal fellowship at Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai, and further training with the Retinal Service at Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital, New York, USA. He has more than 26 years of experience and has also worked as a consultant at Jaslok Hospital and Research Centre and Masina Hospital. His professional experience includes previous appointments at Wockhardt Hospitals, Ramakrishna Mission Hospital, Asian Heart Institute and Smt. Motiben B. Dalvi Hospital. He has participated in national and international research studies, published peer-reviewed papers and delivered lectures at ophthalmology conferences.
