Dr. (Lt Gen) C. S. Narayanan, VSM, is Chairman of the Manipal Institute of Neuro Sciences at Manipal Hospitals, Dwarka, New Delhi. He completed his MBBS and MD in Medicine at the Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, and his DM in Neurology at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. He has held senior neurology, teaching and leadership positions in the Armed Forces Medical Services and civilian healthcare. His clinical expertise includes epilepsy, stroke, migraine, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord disorders and peripheral neuropathy. He has received the Vishisht Seva Medal three times and has been appointed Honorary Surgeon to the President of India.
