Dr. Chirag Rathod

Dr. Chirag Rathod is a General and Intensive Care Physician with over 15 years of clinical experience, associated with Nirrvana Multispeciality Hospital in Bhayli, Vadodara. He specializes in Internal Medicine and has particular expertise in the management of hypertension, lipid disorders, endocrine disorders and diabetes. He also has extensive experience in managing infectious diseases including malaria, typhoid, hepatitis, dengue and seasonal influenza, as well as critical care involving heart, brain, lung, kidney, liver and arthritis-related conditions. Dr. Rathod has contributed significantly to medical research, having led more than 25 national and international drug trials and published numerous research papers. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he served as a nodal officer involved in patient management and received the IMA National Award for his efforts. He has also served as an ICU Intensivist at Deep ICU, Sunshine Global Baroda and Shubhechha Multispeciality Hospital.
