About Dr. Darshan Banker
Dr. Darshan Banker is a Senior Interventional Cardiologist in Vadodara and Group Medical Director of Bankers Group of Hospitals. Together with Dr. Parul Banker, he founded Bankers Heart Institute in 2004. He completed his MBBS in 1989 and MD in Medicine in 1992 at Medical College, Baroda, and DM in Cardiology in 1995 at KEM Hospital and Seth G.S. Medical College, Mumbai. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and of the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (FSCAI), USA. He has performed more than 25,000 angiographies and more than 10,000 angioplasties, along with pacemaker implantations and balloon valvuloplasties, and has previously worked at Bhailal Amin General Hospital and Mayo Hospital.
