Bankers Heart Institute, Old Padra Road, is a 57-bed superspeciality cardiac care centre in Vadodara, part of the Bankers Group of Hospitals, which started in 2004. It offers 24x7 emergency cardiac care, an ICCU, a Siemens flat detector cath lab, and a dedicated cardiac surgery operation theatre with a separate post-operative ICU. Services include coronary angiography and angioplasty, pacemaker implantation, balloon valvuloplasty, adult and paediatric cardiac surgery, echo and stress tests, cardiac rehabilitation and a preventive "Healthy Heart" check-up programme. The hospital is empanelled under PMJAY and the Mukhyamantri Amrutam (MA) Yojana.
