Dr. Mahesh Chandra Garg

Dr. Mahesh Chandra Garg is an experienced cardiologist associated with Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi, with over 45 years of experience in clinical, academic and research cardiology, including more than 15 years of interventional experience. His qualifications include MBBS, MD in Medicine, MRCP (UK), FRCP (London), FRCP (Glasgow) and FICC. He previously worked as a senior lecturer at the Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, and as Lead Consultant Cardiologist at Riyadh Central Hospital in Saudi Arabia. His clinical interests include coronary artery disease, cardiac arrhythmias, cardiovascular prevention, enhanced external counterpulsation and complications of diabetes affecting the heart. He has presented and published papers at national and international conferences and journals and contributed a chapter on echocardiography to a book on ultrasound. He speaks English and Hindi.
