About Dr. Rupin Shah
Dr. Rupin Shah is a senior consultant and pioneer in the field of andrology in India. He has practised for 32 years according to Lilavati Hospital's profile and has been associated with the hospital for over 20 years. He was among the first Indian urologists to receive overseas training in male reproductive microsurgery. His clinical work includes microsurgical treatment of male infertility, vasectomy reversal, sperm retrieval, penile prosthesis implantation and surgery for Peyronie's disease. He developed the Shah Penile Prosthesis and received the Dr. B. C. Roy Award in 2008 for his contribution to andrology in India.
