About Dr. Sudhansu S. Bhattacharyya
Dr. Sudhansu S. Bhattacharyya is an experienced cardiovascular and thoracic surgeon associated with Lilavati Hospital and Research Centre, Mumbai, since 1997. He completed a fellowship at Milwaukee Heart Surgery Associates in the United States under Dr. Dudley Johnson in 1979–1980. His work includes coronary artery bypass surgery and total arterial revascularisation using the LIMA-RIMA Y-graft technique. He has served as president of the Indian Association of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgeons and has received several professional honours, including its Lifetime Achievement Award.
