Dr. Taniya Mehta

Dr. Taniya Mehta is a Consultant Pulmonologist at Sterling Hospitals, Rajkot. She holds an MBBS and MD in Respiratory Medicine. Her clinical expertise includes the diagnosis and management of respiratory and sleep-related disorders, including bronchial asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary infections, tuberculosis, post-COVID lung disease, pulmonary hypertension and obstructive sleep apnea. Her procedures and services include pulmonary function testing, spirometry, bronchoscopy, sleep study interpretation, non-invasive ventilation management, oxygen therapy, smoking cessation counselling, ICD insertion and pleural tapping. She is a member of IMA and ERS and has presented four papers, with one published, and has participated in two ICMR projects that were published.
