About Dr. Vivek K. Mehan
Dr. Vivek K. Mehan is an internationally trained interventional cardiologist and Honorary Consultant at Lilavati Hospital and Research Centre, Mumbai. He completed a fellowship in interventional cardiology under Professor Bernhard Meier at the University Hospitals of Geneva and Bern, Switzerland, from 1992 to 1994. His clinical expertise includes coronary angioplasty and stenting, complex coronary interventions, balloon valvuloplasty, peripheral and renal angioplasty, pacemaker implantation, and catheter-based closure of selected congenital heart defects. He has authored the book Love Your Heart, co-authored Atlas of Coronary Balloon Angioplasty, and contributed to national and international cardiology publications.
