Dr. Vipul Vaghela

Dr. Vipul Vaghela is a Cardiothoracic Surgeon in Vadodara with over 24 years of experience. He is Chief Cardiothoracic Surgeon at Bankers Heart Institute, Old Padra Road. He completed his MBBS at Medical College, Baroda, in 1994, MS in General Surgery in 2000, and cardiothoracic and vascular surgery residency at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Cochin, from 2000 to 2004, followed by DNB in CVTS. He worked as Assistant Professor at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences in 2005 and has been a consultant cardiothoracic surgeon since 2006. His areas of interest include coronary artery bypass surgery, valve repair and replacement, aortic surgery, minimally invasive cardiac surgery, surgery for heart failure and paediatric heart surgery. He is a life member of the Indian Association of Cardiothoracic Surgeons.
